If for any reason your Earth Shoes are not the correct size for you, please fill a return form and return them to Earth Shop, noting the correct size required, we will then send the new size shoes back to you at no additional charge.

This assumes that the shoes are returned to us in as new condition, and have not been worn outdoors. Please ensure that the shoes are sent back to us within seven days of receiving them.

Please choose carefully, as SALE items CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.
